Our therapists are fully-qualified in Acupuncture and Dry Needling.
Fine needles are inserted at certain sites in the body for therapeutic or preventative purposes.
Although very similar disciplines, acupuncture is the existence of energy, qi and the beliefs of yin and yang, whereas dry needling is based on western medicine, implementing current research based treatments with the knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology.

Who is it for?
Acupuncture and Dry Needling can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, it is most commonly used in musculoskeletal pain for example back, shoulder and neck pain.
