How to Redeem Your Gift Voucher

Using your gift voucher is simple! Just book a session and bring your gift voucher with you producing it as part of payment. If you don’t use all of the vouchers credit in the one session we will credit you with the remaining balance so it can be used in any following treatments.

Terms & Conditions: 

• Vouchers cannot be used beyond the expiry date, which is stated on the voucher

• Please book treatments in advance

• Please have your voucher number available when making your booking

• You will need to bring your voucher with you and exchange it on the day of your booking

• Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for money

• Lost stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced

• There are no refunds on vouchers

• Optimum Sports Injury Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so
